Manufactured Homes Make A Great ADU
A manufactured home can be used as an ADU, or you can choose larger floor plans and arrange a JR. ADU within the main structure. This is perfect for a multi-generational property.
Quality
Manufactured Homes are primarily built with the same materials as a site built home. You can have either 2X4 or 2 X 6 exterior walls with cement fiber siding. The interior walls are sheetrocked and painted. These homes are produced in a factory setting which helps keep the cost down, and keeps our environment healthy.
Support & Warranty
Our homes come with a 1 year factory warranty, and then depending on the factory there will be a third party extended warranty adding 6 years of additional coverage. We have an in-house customer service agent that will work with you and the factory for the first 12 months of ownership.
