The warranty for a manufactured home is for a 12 month period of time. Our Skyline factory adds a 6 year extended warranty through a third party provider and our Champion Idaho plant adds a 10 year limited structural warranty. The third party warranties do have a small deductible that will need to be paid by the homeowner.
The warranty will not cover normal wear and tear, and the factory’s also require the home owner to continually provide routine maintenance like caulking and painting. The warranties will not cover items like storm damage, neglect or flooding.
